Faige Katz, Career Coach and Highlands Certified Consultant, has seen it all.
With 15 years of experience working in career development and resume writing, Faige’s seen dozens of clients pick a job seemingly out of a hat, or choose a career because ‘that’s what everyone’s doing!’ and she’s here to change the story for you or your children.
How many people do we know who went to school for one of the therapies because that’s what their neighbor’s mother-in-law recommended, who discover they really don’t love working with people?
Or people who rush to get their CPA and find out they can’t stand numbers? How about the secretary who grabbed the job straight out of seminary never intending to stay and accidentally just celebrated 15 years?
Faige is here to tell us, it doesn’t have to be that way!
When working with Faige, she’ll tease out your unique strengths to discover a career that will use your natural talents.
At Career 360, services include both career aptitude testing and career coaching, depending on what you need.
Career aptitude testing includes taking the Highlands Ability Battery, with a 2-hour debrief, comprehensive report, referrals to mentors and so much more. Career coaching includes a one hour coaching session, career exploration, cover letter and resume assistance, and more. Not sure what you need? Book a free consult (yes, we said free!) to talk through what you’re looking to gain.
Here are just two of Faige’s many incredible success stories:
Leah, 22, talented and full of passion, was working for a non-profit she loves. She knew though, that without a degree, her opportunities there had reached the ceiling. She was ready to go to college and gain the skills needed to move up within the non-profit, but she wasn’t sure which path would be right, law or counseling. Using the assessment and additional exercises, Faige honed in on what Leah really wanted to do and what was practical for her at this stage in her life. With clarity about her talents, interests, and style, Leah decided to pursue a degree in social work, which would give her advancement and leadership opportunities within the organization.
Rachael, a senior in high school, was smart, creative, and very sweet. She needed a plan for when she returned from seminary because she had to apply in advance to get college credits from seminary year. Rachael’s strongest talents were Design Memory (memory of images, graphs, maps, and pictures) and Observation (the ability to notice and recall small details and changes). She mentioned she had an eye for art and loved painting. We explored graphic design, computer graphics, and even web development, and she got very excited about the field. We then discussed the best options to gain the necessary skills and she decided to go to the frum local college that offers a BA as well as graphic design courses. She went off to seminary knowing what she would be doing when she came home!
Faige is passionate about helping people find the career they’re passionate about, suited for, and yes, make a good parnassah. She believes in the potential for each and every person to find the career that’s perfect for them and she’s ready to work to help you find it. Because when you use your talents and strengths in your work, you’ll love what you do!
